Fix Error
1) Stop All Exchange and IIS services.
Stop the Exchange System Attendant Service
Stop the IIS Admin Service
2) Open a Command Prompt rename the PSAPI.DLL in the exchsrvrbin directory. to PSAPI.DLL.OLD
3) Restart the Exchange and IIS services
