Install the AADSync Service
The objective of this section is to list the requirements that need to be fulfilled to install AADSync in your environment.
AADSync enables you to integrate your on-premises Active Directory Domain Service with your Azure AD directory.
As a consequence of this, you need access to your on-premises Active Directory Domain Service as
well as access to a valid Windows Azure subscription that has an Azure AD directory installed.
To install AADSync, you need a computer running the Windows Server operating system.
The following versions are supported:
Windows Server 2008
Windows Server 2008 R2
Windows Server 2012
Windows Server 2012 R2
